These terms apply when you use this site, request a Free 30-Day Growth Plan from Clickwave or book Clickwave’s optional introductory Production Session. By using the site, you agree to them.

The Free 30-Day Growth Plan

The Growth Plan is complimentary. No payment is required, and requesting one doesn’t oblige you to buy anything.

The information you share

Please share accurate information that you’re permitted to share, and don’t include patient information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

What the plan is — and isn’t

Your Growth Plan contains Clickwave’s recommendations, based on the information you share and on publicly available information, and it’s reviewed by the Clickwave team before it’s sent to you. It’s guidance, not a promise of any particular result, such as followers, bookings or revenue.

The plan isn’t medical, legal or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for making sure any content you publish meets the laws and professional rules that apply to your practice.

The $500 introductory Production Session

After you receive your Growth Plan, you may choose to have Clickwave carry out its strategy. The Production Session is Clickwave’s one-time introductory offer: your first month of Clickwave’s Content package, with the same core content-production deliverables included in the standard Content package, for $500. It’s optional and separate from the Growth Plan, and there’s no obligation to book it.

The $500 pays for that introductory month itself. It isn’t a deposit, it isn’t credited toward any future service, and it isn’t a subscription: nothing renews automatically. If you’d like to keep working with Clickwave afterwards, ongoing services require a separate agreement at Clickwave’s then-current package pricing.

Like the Growth Plan, the Production Session isn’t a promise of any particular result, such as followers, bookings or revenue.

Payment

The $500 is paid online when you book, through our payment processor, Stripe. Your Production Session is booked once your payment is complete. Where we can’t offer a booking online, you can request a Production Session instead: a request is not a booking or a purchase, and no payment is taken for it.

Refunds, rescheduling and cancellation

  • The $500 introductory Production Session is non-refundable by default. Clickwave may, at its sole discretion, make an exception and issue a partial or full refund.
  • You may reschedule at no additional charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes requested within 48 hours of your session are subject to Clickwave’s approval.
  • A no-show, or a change without sufficient notice, may result in forfeiture of the $500 payment.
  • If Clickwave cancels your Production Session, you may choose to reschedule or to receive a full refund.

Your private Growth Plan link

Your plan is delivered through a private link created for you. Please keep it to yourself and your practice.

Use of the plan and this site

You may use your Growth Plan for your own practice. The site and Clickwave’s materials remain Clickwave’s. The site is provided as it is, and we may update or change it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date above.
