Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Clickwave collects when you visit this site, request a Free 30-Day Growth Plan or book the optional Production Session, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at team@clickwavevisuals.com.
Information you give us
When you request a Free 30-Day Growth Plan, we ask for:
- your name, your practice or business name and your email address;
- a phone number, if you choose to add one;
- your website and social media profile handles;
- your answers about your treatments, goals, who can appear on camera, your current content and your biggest content challenge;
- anything else you choose to tell us.
Please don’t include patient information. The Growth Plan doesn’t need it.
Information collected automatically
We record the page you arrived on, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and the address of the website that referred you (the site only, not the page). Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
Saving your progress
After the first step of the request, we save your answers so you can finish later. We may send one reminder email with a private link if you don’t finish. Unfinished requests are deleted 30 days after you start, and you can clear your saved answers at any time with “Clear draft”.
If you request or book the optional Production Session, we record that alongside your Growth Plan request, using the name and email you already gave us to contact you about it. A booking also records the date and time you choose and the status of your payment.
Payments
Payments for the Production Session are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details into Stripe’s secure payment form, and they go directly to Stripe: Clickwave never receives or stores your card number. We keep a record of each payment, its amount, status and Stripe reference, to confirm and manage your booking. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- to research, prepare and deliver your Growth Plan;
- to contact you about your request and your plan, including the optional Production Session if you ask about it;
- to schedule and provide a Production Session you book, and to process its payment;
- to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We don’t sell your information, and requesting a Growth Plan doesn’t sign you up for a marketing newsletter.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers: Vercel, which hosts this site; Supabase, which stores its data; Resend, which sends our email; and Stripe, which processes payments. They handle your information on our behalf and only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to remember your progress, confirm your request and open your private Growth Plan link. On the payment step, Stripe uses its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your private Growth Plan link
Your Growth Plan is delivered by email through a private link that stays open for 30 days. Please don’t forward it.
How long we keep information
Unfinished requests are deleted 30 days after you start. We keep other information for as long as we need it to provide your Growth Plan and our services and to keep proper records, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve shared by emailing team@clickwavevisuals.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children.

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above. See also our Terms.
